1. Intellectual Property & Trademark

When you download or purchase a digital product from Freelance Spin™, we grant you a single, non-exclusive, non-transferable license for your internal business, personal, or educational use only.

• No Redistribution: You may not copy, resell, redistribute, sub-license, or share these digital assets, files, or templates with other freelancers, businesses, or third parties.
• No Commercial Exploitation: You may not use our frameworks, dashboards, or guide contents to create competing digital products or training programs.

What you CAN do: Download the product, open it, read it, and print a copy for your personal use.

What you CANNOT do: You may not copy, resell, redistribute, share the file with friends, upload it to public drives, or repackage it to sell as your own work. Violating this clause revokes your license immediately and may result in legal action.

2. Refund Policy

We want you to be completely satisfied with your investment to scale your business. Our refund rules are structured based on the type of service provided:

Consulting Services (5-Day Refund Window): If you purchase a consulting session or package, you may request a full refund within five (5) calendar days of your initial purchase date. Refund requests made after this 5-day window are non-refundable. If a consulting session is successfully completed within those 5 days, the service is considered fully rendered and is no longer eligible for a refund.

Digital Guides & Dashboards: Due to the immediate, downloadable, and digital nature of these products, all sales of digital guides, operational templates, and dashboards are final and non-refundable once delivery has occurred.

3. Payment Processing

All payments are securely processed via Stripe. By completing a transaction, you agree to pay the listed price and authorize Stripe to charge your selected payment method. You are responsible for providing valid billing and contact information.

4. No Guarantees of Scaling Success

While our guides, dashboards, and consulting services are built on scaling strategies, business growth depends on your execution, market conditions, and individual business variables. We provide resources and services but do not guarantee specific revenue targets, client acquisition numbers, or financial outcomes.

5. Not Professional Advice

Our digital products, newsletter and social media content are provided for educational, informational, and entertainment purposes only.

6. Refunds & Cancellations

To request a refund for eligible consulting services within your 5-day window, please use the following subject line:

7. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Crystal Brown shall not be liable for any direct, indirect, or incidental damages resulting from your use or inability to use our website, newsletter, or digital products.
